3. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
3.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in — whether through a web form, verbal agreement, or other opt-in mechanism — you consent to receive recurring automated or manually dialed SMS and/or MMS text messages from One Call Travel Club. These messages may include:
• Booking confirmations and updates
• Travel reminders and itinerary alerts
• Promotional offers, special deals, and marketing messages
• Account and membership notifications
Your consent to receive marketing SMS messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
3.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your activity and preferences. You may receive up to [X] messages per month for marketing purposes. Transactional messages may be sent as needed in connection with your bookings.
3.3 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. One Call Travel Club is not responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier.
3.4 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of marketing SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To opt back in, you may reply START. You may also contact us directly at the contact information provided in Section 10 to be removed from our SMS list. Please note that opting out of marketing messages does not affect receipt of transactional messages related to active bookings.

3.6 A2P 10DLC and Carrier Compliance
Our SMS messaging program is registered with wireless carriers in compliance with A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC requirements. We do not engage in sending unsolicited commercial messages. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act as applied to electronic messaging, and all applicable carrier guidelines and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. We maintain records of consumer opt-ins and honor opt-out requests promptly.
3.7 No Third-Party Sharing of SMS Consent
Mobile opt-in data and consent, including phone numbers, will not be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent data is used solely to administer our messaging program.
4. DIGITAL ADVERTISING & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
4.1 Google Advertising Services
We use Google Ads (including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns) and Google Analytics to advertise our services and analyze website traffic. Through these services, Google may:
• Collect information about your visits to our website and other websites using cookies and similar technologies
• Use this data to display ads to you on Google Search, YouTube, the Google Display Network, and partner sites

• Enable us to build Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences for targeted advertising

All third-party service providers are contractually required to handle your information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to maintain your membership, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. SMS opt-in records and consent documentation are retained for a minimum of four (4) years in accordance with TCPA recordkeeping best practices.
7. DATA SECURITY
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You provide your information at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
8.1 General Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you
